Orchard Rite is the largest wind machine manufacturer in the world. This agriculture-based company held a very well-established reputation for building quality products for growers for the global market. As the leader in the industry, there had not been a sense of urgency from upper management to make any modifications to established channels of communication between the sales staff and the customer base. However, the CFO had realized their position in the market was poorly represented by their methods of communication. Their product brochures were archaic and they did not have a web presence. Their initial intent of hiring Enigma was to primarily redevelop their brochures. After initiating a client assessment, it was very apparent the client needed to update their company brand without interfering with their established relationships.
Through research in the wind machine industry, Enigma was able to guide the client through their brand-update process. A state-of-the-art website was developed for consumers and sales staff to utilize. The corporate sales piece encompassed both sales components for the field staff as well as a complimentary printed piece to tell the company story in the field when computers were unavailable.
The tools were developed to be timeless pieces to be utilized for years to come.
